Production engineer responsible for final assembly and production process & quality improvements as well as a variety of project work. This included the introduction of a robotic welding cell and a new high-volume production line as part of capacity and quality improvements. Projects included; robotic welding cell, super track, production & quality instructions, Bosch Production System diffusion (Lean manufacture), Compressor house layout, Secondary heat exchanger cell design, AutoCAD drafting, value stream mapping, failure mode effect analysis, data capture with full track and trace, process improvement of a welding line, update to engineering change request process.
